How long will it take to deliver my order?

It is the policy of Look Mummy to package and dispatch all orders within 24 hours or one business day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. If you require something urgently, please email Look Mummy to let us know. All purchases are delivered via Australia post or Fastway couriers and should arrive to most destinations within Australia between 2-7 days.

How much is delivery?

Delivery to all destinations is calculated on size and cubic weight. This cost is calculated during the checkout process and will be clearly displayed on your invoice prior to you completing checkout.

Do you deliver to international destinations?

Unfortunately Look Mummy does not provide delivery to overseas destinations at this stage.

I live overseas; can I purchase from you for delivery to friends and family in Australia?

Yes! We would love to send your carefully selected gifts to your friends and family in Australia on any occasion. It is a lovely way for you to give a unique gift without including international postage and freight charges!

Can you gift wrap my purchase for me?

We would love to giftwrap your purchase so that it arrives to its recipient in a beautiful and stylish fashion. Just check the gift wrap box on checkout. If you require your order to be wrapped separately, Please indicate your needs in the messages section at checkout.

Can you write a message on a card for me?

Yes we offer a complimentary gift tag and can write your own personalised message on it. Simply include it in the messages section on checkout. You can also choose to purchase from our gorgeous range of individually designed gift cards by Katy Jane available under By Brand, Katy Jane Giftcards.

Can you send my order as a gift to another address?

We can post to any destination within Australia. Simply include the alternate delivery address when prompted at checkout.

How do I pay for my purchases?

Look Mummy currently accepts payment via SecurePay with Mastercard or Visa or through PayPal. Please email us or call us if you would prefer a different method of payment.

Can I return my purchases if I am not happy with them?

We are happy to provide refunds or exchange in most circumstances. Please contact us first so that we can assist you in this process. For more information, check our returns policy in our Terms and Conditions

Can you help me choose the right gift?

The Look Mummy website is designed to assist you in your choices by offering you the opportunity to select the age group and gender of the child or children you are buying for. We have also made it possible to shop for a preferred price range. If you think you would like further assistance, please email or call us and we can offer our advice on what may suit your needs.

You haven’t got the item I was looking for, are you able to get it?

If you are looking for a product in a brand we currently stock then it is quite likely that we can get what you are looking for on special order. Please feel free to email or call us with your request and we will do all we can to assist you.
