Payment Options

Order online and pay securely via credit card using Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. All currency is in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you wish to pay using Direct Debit, Cheque or Australian Money Order, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

All postage and shipping costs will be calculated using the Australia Post shipping calculator during the checkout stage of your purchase and will be clearly identified on your invoice prior to final payment. Express post option will also be available to you on checkout. Look Mummy will not accept responsibility for loss or damage by Australia Post.

Delivery Policy

Goods will be processed for delivery upon receipt of payment or next business day. All goods will be delivered by Australia Post which may take 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will advise you via email within 3 business days if your goods are not available or will be delayed.

Returns policy

At look Mummy we want to be sure that you are completely happy with your purchase so please contact us immediately should you have any concerns. If you are unhappy with your item due to incorrect order or quantity, incorrect size, inaccurate stock or faulty products, we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Return postage will be at the expense of the customer except in the circumstances that the item in question is faulty or incorrectly dispatched.

  1. Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in original condition and packaging and in a saleable condition upon their return.
  2. All returns must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Please return to: Look Mummy! Returns, PO Box 432, Walkerville, SA, 5081.

If you are returning an item that you no longer wish to purchase then we will issue you with a credit note to the value of the item once the item is returned in a saleable condition. Sorry we do not offer refund or exchange on sale items unless faulty.
